Job Title: Urgently Hiring: Front Desk Staff for Check-In Operations Location: Kurumayama Sky Park Hotel, 3414 Kitayama, Chino-shi, Nagano, 391-0301, Japan Working Hours: Shift-based (actual working hours: 8 hours/day) ① 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ② 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Salary: ① Experienced: From ¥270,000/month ② Inexperienced: From ¥200,000/month Final salary will be determined based on experience and skills. Holidays: Two days off per week (shift schedule) Job Description: ◆ Check-in / Check-out Duties: Welcome and send off guests with a smile, confirm reservations, issue room keys, handle accommodation payments. ◆ Reservations & Phone Support: Manage reservations via phone and online platforms, handle changes and cancellations, support bookings from travel agencies and group reservations. ◆ Facility and Area Guidance: Provide information about hotel facilities and amenities, introduce local sightseeing spots and nearby restaurants (basic English communication may be required). ◆ Payment & Settlement Handling: Accept payments via cash, credit card, or QR code, handle receipts and end-of-day cash register closing. ◆ General Guest Support: Respond to issues such as facility malfunctions or health concerns, relay urgent matters to internal departments. ◆ Basic Administrative Tasks: Fill in daily reports, handle courier services, check and restock supplies, prepare and collect breakfast tickets or rental items, assist with simple translation or guidance for international guests, coordinate with housekeeping and restaurant staff. ◆ Other Responsibilities: May be asked to assist with serving guests in the hotel’s restaurants depending on operational needs. Requirements: • Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher. • Hotel or customer service experience preferred. • No experience required—training will be provided.
